The first installation CDs of the new MS Office Interface for HTBasic v2.0 from May 02, 2006 has a defect in two Excel functions (FNXls_2_starr, FNXls_2_array). This has been corrected in Hotfix 1 from May 09, 2006.

In order to find out your version of the MS Office Interface simply load the skeleton program (sub- directory Skeleton) in HTBasic and run it. It shows the version number of the DLL and the library. If you have a library file (htbdde.lib) from May 02, 2006 then you should install Hotfix 1. In this case send us an email to our support address (see "Contact" page) and include your serial number, purchase date and dealer. You will then receive a password which is needed to install the hotfix by email.

Please note: Later installation versions of the MS Offfice Interface do not have this problem and there is no need to upgrade them.
