Submit Problem

This page allows you to submit a problem report to HTBasic Technical Support.
You may submit HTBasic problem reports by:

 

Please include the following information in your problem report:

  • HTBasic Software Version (i.e. DOS, Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000)
  • Release Number. Very Important! --> SYSTEM$("VERSION:HTB")
  • Serial Number. Very Important! --> SYSTEM$("SERIAL NUMBER")
  • In case you have a support contract: Your support contract number
  • Short Problem Description.
     - Describe any factors necessary to reproduce the problem.
     - Describe required keyboard/mouse input for the program.
  • Attach a program file that demonstrates the problem. Include all required data files.
  • Your e-mail address where you can be reached for further information.
Please note: We normally only support customers who have bought HTBasic products directly from Tech Soft.
We will try to help other HTBasic users too but we can not help in all cases.
If you have ordered HTBasic e.g. in the U.S. please contact you local distributor or TransEra for support.
