The easiest way to get fast and accurate help information from our support team is to generate a logfile from your application. This can be easily done by setting the Verbose variable to 3 (three). In this case a logfile will be created in the directory "..\Username\Application Data\GRAPH-XT\Dplot_dbg.log".
Send us this logfile together with a short description of your program and give us detailed information about what you intend to do and what does not work in your opinion.
The logfile also contains all version information of your HTBasic system and GRAPH-XT.
