FNDplot_doc_activ activates the DPlot document specified by Doc_num.
The optional parameter Waittime might be usable on very slow computers where DPlot needs some time to activate the document until it is accessible. Without this additional waiting time (should be in the range 0.2 .. 0.5 which represents 200 .. 500 milliseconds) it may happen that DPlot is not ready for subsequent commands.
